Membership Benefits
- 1. Members have a 4,000 square foot dungeon full of wonderful equipment to go to/have fun at 135 nights a year for one low price.
- 2. Members can bring in up to two (2) guests per month at no additional cost. Student Members one (1) guest per month at no additional cost.
- 3. Members are eligible to use the club privately. Contact member-services@lra-chicago.org to reserve the club (during non operational hours) for yourself and up to four (4) others at no additional cost. Discounted rates available for large groups.
- 4. Members have the right to run for office and to vote in elections to determine who will manage your club.
- 5. Members are part of an organization where you will have the opportunity to make new friends.
- 6. Members can earn free months for recruiting new members. During each year of your membership, you can earn up to 4 free months as a recruitment bonus. For every three months that a new member signs up for and pays for, your current membership will be extended for 1 month.
- 7. LRA Members in good standing are eligible to attend special events with Galleria Domain 2 in Chicago and other BDSM/Leather clubs and events around the country. Please see a Board Member for specific details.
Membership Levels
LRA offers three (3) levels of membership:
The “In Area Membership” is for those who, in Illinois, live within Cook, Lake, Will, McHenry, DuPage, and Kane counties. In Indiana, Lake County is included in the In Area membership.
Residents of Lake County, Indiana who were LRA members prior to November 1, 2010 will retain their previous rate, as long as they remain current and in good standing. Should their membership last, when they rejoin, they will rejoin under the current In Area rate.
The reduced “Out of Area” membership is for anyone who lives outside of the aforementioned counties.
There is also a reduced “Student Membership” for individuals who are at least part-time students enrolled in a college or university and can furnish proof of their enrollment (i.e., college ID).
