Space Rental Policy for LRA Members

General Rental Information

Members retain the benefit of reserving the space for themselves and up to 2 guests for up to 3 hours at no cost during non-operational club hours. Members may also host a party at the LRA during non-operational hours.

For members, the cost for this is $50 for the first 3 hours. Each additional hour or fraction thereof is $25. The hosting member is responsible for providing soda, snacks and ice for their guests. Payment and a signed space use agreement must be in the possession of the LRA before the space is turned over for the private use of our member.

For non-LRA members, the cost for this is $100 for the first 3 hours, and each additional hour or fraction thereof is $50. Any rentals from non-LRA members must be approved by the LRA Board if Directors. Renters are also responsible for providing soda, snacks and ice for their guests. Payment and a signed space use agreement must be in the possession of the LRA before the space is turned over for the private use.

Procedures and Rules for Usage

1) Write member-services@lra-chicago.org to check on availability at least 7 days prior to the date you wish to use the club. If you need to cancel please give us 24 hours notice. If less than 24 hours notice is given you may be responsible for 25% of the rental cost.

2) Make arrangements to sign the space use agreement as required.

3) Remit payment.

4) Do not move equipment in the medical area due to fragility of the flooring.

5) If other equipment is moved, please return it to its proper space.

6) Clean up after yourselves.

7) Secure the premises and please turn out the lights as you leave the club.

8) Alcohol and recreational drugs are forbidden. Per state law, so is smoking.

9) HAVE FUN!

Failure to follow these policies may result in the individual's inability to use the LRA for any of the above purposes.
