Members are welcome to bring guests to the LRA, unless a function is specifically designated otherwise, e.g. member meetings. For Members Only events, a limited number of guests may be allowed for each member.
If you are interested in visiting the LRA as a guest of the Officer/Host of the Day, please review the Visit The LRA Policy. These policies are effective as of November 1, 2010.
1. LRA members may bring up to two (2) guests per month. Student members may bring one (1) guest per month. Additional guests will be charged to the sponsoring member at a rate of $10 per guest per night, where the member will be billed the following month. There are no limits on how many guests a member may bring per month.
2. No one person may be the guest of any LRA member more than three (3) times in any rolling ninety-day (90-day) period.
3. Any person whose membership application has been rejected, or whose membership has been revoked, MAY NOT attend as a guest.
4. The LRA member/officer who is sponsoring the guest must be present at the club when the guest arrives.
5. Guests of LRA members must provide a photo ID (drivers license, state-issued ID card, passport, military ID or an Illinois FOID card). Guests will be required to sign a waiver of liability prior to entering the club. No admittance without proper ID. No exceptions.
6. LRA members must be present when their guest/s are at the club. Guests must leave the club when the member leaves. Members are responsible for the behavior of their guests. Please be sure that your guest/s understand/s Dungeon Etiquette.
7. Guest(s) may not attend membership meetings, unless specifically invited to do so by the LRA Board.
